Corrosion protection
The durability of our fences is ensured by the Duplex System - Double protection against corrosion. When using the Duplex System, corrosion protection gains another meaning. The fire zinc coating is additionally covered with polyester powder paint, which not only protects against corrosion but also provides additional aesthetic qualities. In addition, powder painting protects zinc against oxidation, which extends its durability.
Why do we use the Duplex System?The basic advantages of using the Duplex System include double corrosion protection– the zinc coating protects the undercoat surface against corrosion, while the powder coating layer protects zinc against the harmful effects of atmospheric factors. In addition, the use of this system reduces maintenance costs. By using a double protective coating, the durability of the zinc coating can be significantly extended. We should also mention additional aesthetic qualities. The use of paint coating will allow obtaining the desired color of the fence.
